2. Client Responsibilities & Trial Offer

Our initial setup cycle is typically completed within 5–7 days. We offer a first-month free trial period for qualified accounts, with retainer billing commencing thereafter on a month-to-month basis with no long-term lock-in.

3. Intellectual Property

All custom prompt templates, workflow logic, design systems, and original brand assets created by Sleepers AI remain the property of Sleepers AI unless explicitly assigned under client contract.
